Born in Washington, USA, Nathan Adrian has been in the pool since the age of two and joined his local swim team aged five. A five-time Olympic gold medallist, Nathan’s dominating speed in freestyle saw him break the American LC record for fastest 50m freestyle in 2015. A three-time Olympian, his talent for sprinting has played a pivotal role in the USA Freestyle Relay team’s repeated Olympic success. Away from the pool, Nathan has a degree in Public Health and has appeared on US TV show, Mythbusters.
