My mind can also be my biggest strength or my biggest weakness, depending on the day. Q: How do you overcome challenges? We all have ups and downs, and I just try to accept that some days are heavy. Tomorrow is a new day! I know that sleep has a positive impact on my mind, so I try and get a solid night’s sleep every night. Apart from that, I have great people in my life who I can talk to whenever I feel down.Out of the pool
