Swimming costume much bigger than normal

This bathing costume is too big all over and I have had several in this style and size over the last 10 years. It is particularly slack around the top of my legs.

I have had this suit three months and the leg elastic has gone all baggy. The back has also faded quite considerably. Will not be buying anymore Speedo products. I could of got two suits from M&S for the same price and they would have lasted a lot longer.
