Easy transition between pulling to kicking, not too big (fits comfortably in my bag) and not too small (I have big hands) the groove in the middle makes it an easy grip for your legs too.
Really happy with my purchase, would recommend.
Maybe add more colours? But that really doesn't bother me at all.
