Easily adjustable. Great fit, and don't leave marks around my eyes. They don't fog up and the clear lenses are perfect for an indoor pool.

Soft rubber, seals very well. Clear lens good visibility in poor light. Has been good with an anti fog spray in icy water for visibility.
