Dispatched worn mouldy goggles

I ordered goggles for my son for a competition this weekend. I am truly APPALLED. We were sent a WORN pair of goggles with MOULD on them. It is stomach churning. There was no protective stickers on the lens and the box was scratched with no security seal. God only knows what germs are on them. I wish I could upload pictures to show customers - they are shocking.
