5Really provides resistance. I used to wear super long fins back when I was training 15 years ago. This still has the same power but are smaller to move with!.Size wise, IÂ’d say get your size and one below (e.g IÂ’m a 5.5 UK so I purchased 5-6) You donÂ’t want them slipping off and a little bit of peep toe is fine.

Can feel that differ...
4Can feel that different muscles are being worked . Also adds variety to swim session.Fit a bit tight -hoping that improves as I use them . Also one needs to change breathing pattern between strokes as everything so much faster-again I suspect that will improve with time .
