Really provides resistance. I used to wear super long fins back when I was training 15 years ago. This still has the same power but are smaller to move with!.Size wise, I’d say get your size and one below (e.g I’m a 5.5 UK so I purchased 5-6) You don’t want them slipping off and a little bit of peep toe is fine.

They look nice enough.The fit is too wide, the size guide on the website is not accurate. Money wasted.
