Great robe, but VERY oversized

I’ve had my eye on this for a while, but wasn’t sure on the size. Going by the guide on the website, and advice from the online chat, I ordered the medium. It was WAY too big. I am a ladies size 10 and 165cm in height. The drawstring waist was halfway down my thighs! And I could have fitted 3 of me inside it. I returned for the small, which is perfect. Big enough for changing, but the drawstring waist pulls it in to look more like a coat. Great chunky zip for cold fingers, and lovely soft fleece lining. Very toasty.
