Poor straps and huge design flaw

These goggles are really good. They are comfy, and the lens are clear. However, the straps are so poorly designed. It is like the project was given to a graduate who thinks form over function is the way to go. The reason why hundreds of goggles design the strap to be open is so that it is easy to put together. Unfortunately, the design here means that the straps are closed and the attachment to the goggles is open. We all know pulling on the straps to get the goggles over your head, especially when they are tight, requires a lot of force. The connection to the goggles is very weak and after only a few hours of wear, they snapped at this weak point. This was compounded by the fact that the poor design of the straps means that you have to tighten them every session or so as they come loose. Great goggles, poor, poor oversight design. Will not be buying them again.
