Both the lens and adjustable nose is important -- I would not buy it otherwise. The strap feels appropriate for these goggles.

Good fit, great to have the prescription-strength lenses.Strength of the lenses should be per 0.5 dioptre. My eyes are -7.5, and I have to take -7 or -8 correction with these goggles, neither of which is ideal.
