Poor customer service/lack of action
On 26 June, I wrote to Speedo Customer Care Team bringing to their attention an issue we encountered with the FASTSKIN LZR swimwear. I purchased the FASTSKIN LZR swimwear for my daughter, hoping that it would enhance her swimming performance. Unfortunately, the very first time she wore the product, it tore unexpectedly. This incident has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment for both my daughter and me. I requested for either a Full Refund or Replacement. Since then, there have been multiple superfluous questions/demands from the Speedo Customer Care Team e.g. the order number (which has been generated by Speedo!), my postcode (not relevant in Dubai), etc. information which should be readily available with Speedo. I am thoroughly disappointed that Speedo is not customer friendly when it comes to redressing a complaint. I would be highly obliged if this case could be looked at more professionally with a speedy solution since my daughter has already suffered in her competition performance since she does not have the necessary swimwear.
