- These are ma son's words; After the first session with a cap on - " It does not make me swim faster, I do not like it!" I told him that would be the case. After the second session, he went; Oh, daddy I love the Cap. That,I suppose, means; It really makes a difference. He's not complained about fit or quality since using it.
