It does the job! I like swimming and was starting 3 times a week, within 2 weeks my hair was terrible. So I bought this cap. If you wet your hair in the shower before swimming your hair will soak up the water and therefore take in less chlorine when you get in the pool. Additionally, I bought a mask from boots that you put on after wetting your hair, then I put the cap on. When I get out I wash it with chlorine shampoo and conditioner also from boots. My hair is a lot better taking these precautions.
No bad points.
