What is Speedo iQ?
A race-ready smart goggle system. A small module on your goggle tracks every length, then the free Speedo iQ app shows you what happened: your head position, breathing, turns and more.
What does it track?
All four strokes. Laps, distance and pace, plus the technique a stopwatch can't see: head angle, breath angle, rotation time, push-off angle, turn speed and distance per stroke.
Do I need my phone while I swim?
No. The module records on its own, so your phone stays in your bag. Sync with the app after your swim to see your session.
Which phones does the app work with?
iPhone and Android. The Speedo iQ app is free, with no subscription.
Can I use it in open water?
Yes. Speedo iQ works in the pool and in open water.
Are the goggles race legal?
Yes. Speedo iQ is World Aquatics approved for training and competition.
Can I put the module on my own goggles?
No. The module only fits Speedo iQ Vanquisher 3.0 Track frames. A standard Vanquisher 3.0 won't take it, and Track frames aren't sold on their own.
How is it different from a swim watch?
Your watch sees your wrist. iQ sees your head, so it can measure breathing, head position and turns. Keep the watch for pace and heart rate. See the comparison.
Can I review my technique after training?
Yes. Replay any swim in the app, length by length, with drills to fix what it finds.
