Improve your technique, positioning and strength in the water

The Tech Paddle is engineered to create the optimum hand position in the water, helping you to master your technique. Its flow holes enhance aquatic sensitivity, and its unique air foil shape improves your hand lift motion. Using Tech Paddles also increases resistance, making you work harder to pull your arms through the water, which strengthens your back, chest, shoulder and arm muscles. Challenge yourself by sprinting with the paddles on.

Features & Benefits

  • Hydrodynamic design for optimum contact with the water
  • Unique air foil shape improves hand lift motion
  • Paddle encourages high elbows through your stroke, helping you to become a stronger, faster swimmer

Newark Training/fitness
We began with the small paddles, then gradually moved up to the medium and now the large. We use them all during pool sessions. The paddles certainly make you work harder without it being obvious!
Can we obtain replacement straps as one of the small ones is in need of a spare?

The bands on one the last set of paddles which I owned broke. I guess that it was fair wear and tear, but it would be good to know that we could buy replacement bands rather than to buy an whole new set of paddles. If nothing else, it's a waste of good plastic which will either go to landfill or recycling.
