Meet our Fitsters

We teamed up with three inspirational women from around the world to tell their own H2O Active story, and share their love for exercise. Say hello to Denise, AJ, and Lucile.

Denise Dellagiacoma

Italian yoga instructor Denise Dellagiacoma had been a professional cross-country skier for many years, before becoming an instructor. Fitness is Denise’s way to feel good and stay in good mental and physical health, and she loves the social side of working in fitness.

AJ Odudu

London-based TV presenter, DJ, and blogger, AJ Odudu started her active lifestyle back in the nineties, but began posting health tips and workout routines on her YouTube channel, blog and Instagram account just over 2 years ago, after she got her qualification in personal training. Fitness makes AJ feel confident, happy, and empowered, and she loves to move every day.

Lucile Woodward

Lucile wanted to be a fitness coach since she was fifteen years old, but her parents told her to focus on her studies. Nine years later, she decided to take up her parents’ advice in a different way, and got her diploma in personal training and fitness. Today, Lucile works out every day, mixing her exercise between yoga, pilates, and looking after her kids in the living room - an entirely different kind of workout!

Echo Chu

Shanghai-based fitness and style blogger, Echo Cho, was inspired to get fit when she noticed the slogan on an advert she once saw, noting that you can never take a shortcut in a marathon. Since then, Echo has been inspired to push herself to achieve the best fitness possible for her, and trains up to five times a week, including swimming, running, and boxing. Echo lives by the motto of ‘no pain, no gain’, and claims that she truly found herself in fitness.
