When is the last order date for Christmas delivery?
To ensure you receive your Speedo.com purchase in time for Christmas please make sure you order by the following dates:
UK - Standard Wed 17th Dec / Express Fri 19th Dec
EU - Standard Mon 8th Dec / Express Mon 15th Dec
Rest of World - Standard Thur 4th Dec / Express Thurs 11th Dec
Will I be charged for delivery?
There is a charge for delivery based on your delivery address and the type of delivery service that you choose. This is calculated at the time of checkout and displayed before you pay for your order.
What are the delivery methods?
There are two delivery options each (Standard and Express Delivery) for the United Kingdom , Europe and for the Rest of World. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
Can I nominate a day and time for delivery?
If you choose our United Kingdom Express Delivery service and order before 1.00pm, we aim to deliver your order the next day (excluding Sunday and United Kingdom Bank Holidays). If you choose the United Kingdom Standard delivery option we aim to deliver within seven (7) working days. For Europe and Rest of World, please see our Delivery & Returns page.
What happens if I am not home when the product arrives?
If you're within the United Kingdom and not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a card with a contact telephone number; you will then be able to arrange a suitable time for your order to be redelivered. This will also be the case for most carrier networks outside of the United Kingdom.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
A signature is required for any packages over one hundred pounds (£100) in value.
What if I think my order is late?

Where does Speedo.com deliver to?
Speedo.com can sell and deliver throughout the UK, Europe and the majority of international countries. We are unable to sell or deliver to USA, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, and outlying islands (including Antigua, Anguilla, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, British Virgin Islands, Haiti, Jamaica, Netherland Antilles (Aruba, Curacao, etc), Montserrat, St Christopher Nevis, St Lucia, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands, Guadeloupe, Martinique, St Vincent, Grenada and the Cayman Islands).
What are the standard costs for delivery?
Standard delivery costs are calculated depending on what delivery method you choose and where the delivery is going to;
UK Std - £3.95, UK Express - £6.95
EU Std - £5.95, EU Express - £10.95
ROW Standard - £10.95, ROW Express - £19.95

How long do I have to return an order placed during Christmas?
We are extending our standard returns policy until the end of 2008. Any products that have been purchased between 7th November and 31st December 2008 can be returned until 31st January 2009.
Orders placed from 1st January 2009 will return to our normal returns policy of 21 days.
How do I return a product?
If you are returning a product to us, you will need arrange for your own postage to the Speedo Returns Centre. However, if we find that the goods are faulty or damaged, we will refund the cost of your postage.
If you order a replacement for any returned item, Speedo will pay for the additional delivery.
You do not need to contact Speedo before returning your goods. Please follow the instructions detailed below:
1. Put all the items that you want to return into their original packaging. If you are returning several items, put them all into the same parcel, where possible.
2. Complete the Returns Form that came with your original order and place this inside the parcel. Ensure the parcel is securely sealed.
3. You will have received a returns address label with the original order. Please affix this on the outside of the package.
4. When handing the parcel over to your chosen carrier, we recommend that you choose a service that requires a signature, and retain the 'proof of posting' slip. You will need this slip if your parcel goes missing in transit, as Speedo cannot refund you for items that do not arrive at our Returns Centre.

Does the product need to be returned in its original packaging?
Yes in order for you to receive a full refund the product needs to be returned in its original product packaging in its original condition.
How quickly will I receive a refund?
Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card no later than thirty (30) working days after we receive your returned goods.

Am I charged for the items as soon as I order them?
Once you have confirmed your order the money will be deducted from your card.

I have forgotten my password. How do I get a new one?
Go to the My Account or Sign In pages, and use the link that says "Forgot Your Password?". You will be asked for your email address (the one you used when you registered your details). Enter this and click on Send My Password. You will receive an email with a temporary password. Log on to our site using this password and you will be asked to enter a new password. You have up to sixty (60) days to enter a new password.
