A three stage guide to swimming

Developed with young, learning swimmers in mind.

Stage 1: Introduction to Water

All Speedo products designed for this stage are devices to assist the parent and child to become comfortable in the pool.

The child will not be safe if left unattended.

Stage 2: An Introduction to Swimming

This stage introduces the child to learning to swim. Speedo products at this stage assist the child by offering bouyancy and allowing them to adopt the correct position for swimming strokes.

Parent supervision is needed and the child should not be in water that is out of their depth.

Stage 3: Developing Technique

This Stage develops the childs abillity to swim. The Speedo product range offers products that develop stroke and techniques whilst having fun in the pool.

Parental supervision is needed at this point, the child should not learn to swim in water that is out of their depth.
