Fashion meets performance in this stunning range of swimwear and apparel from Speedo by Comme des Garçons.

The collaboration was inspired by the world beating LZR Racer suit. Designed for use during training and combining high fashion with training comfort and performance. The range features a distinctive iconic calligraphic design in eye-catching metallic silver.

The calligraphy painted by celebrated Japanese artist Inoue-Yu-ichi means 'kokoro' and represents symbolically; heart, spirit, mind. It was selected by Rei Kawakubo of Comme des Garçons to signify the speed and energy of the human spirit.

The swimwear range features the classic Powerback, Racerback and 2 Piece designs for women, with an 8cm Brief and Jammer for men. The apparel is designed to a high tech performance spec, with features which include combinations of woven and knit fabrics for increased movement and comfort.

An ergonomic fit to work with the body in motion. Moisture managment fabrics and 360 degree ventilation manage heat and sweat. And bonding to reduce bulk and friction during exercise.

The range features styles which have inspired designs for the USA and Australian swimming teams this summer.
