The FreeFly drill gives you the chance to change your rhythm - using front crawl arms, also called freestyle arms, and butterfly legs this drill improves arm technique and coordination. Add fins and snorkel to give you a boost and make this drill more accurate.


Execute butterfly kick and front crawl arms to speed up the arm turnover. With each downbeat kick perform an arm pull.


Head and arm position should resemble the normal front crawl full stroke, breathing to the side as normal.
