PHELPS MAKES APPEARANCE AT SPEEDO STORE – OR DID HE?

There was a new addition to the Roma Village market district today in the form of a cardboard cut out of the Speedo sponsored swimmer Michael Phelps (USA). The cut-out positioned outside the Speedo Roma 09 retail store attracted a lot of attention with passers by stopping to take their photograph with the silhouette of the swimmer wearing a Speedo LZR Racer.
